What we collect
The contact form collects your name, email, company or school, WeChat identifier, subject and message. Name, email and message are required; company or school and WeChat are optional. The system records submission time, consent time, page language and necessary request metadata: browser identifier, referring page, origin and a hashed IP address, for security auditing and abuse prevention.
Purpose and consent
This information is used only for product enquiries, business and education discussions, investment enquiries, media interviews, recruitment and troubleshooting. We do not sell your personal information. Before submitting, you must actively check the consent box for processing under this notice. The form cannot be submitted without consent.
Storage and forwarding
The contact form backend stores records in a local server directory for authorised personnel. If the production environment has an enterprise WeChat, Feishu, CRM or internal ticketing webhook configured, information is forwarded to the corresponding internal workflow to follow up on your request. Processing remains limited to the purposes stated above.
Retention
We retain records only for as long as needed for communication, collaboration follow-up, auditing and security. When a collaboration opportunity ends or you request deletion, we handle the request within a reasonable time after verifying identity and applicable legal requirements, and do not retain information for unrelated purposes.
Your rights
Under China’s Personal Information Protection Law, you may request access to and a copy of the personal information you submitted, correct or supplement inaccurate information, request deletion, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out with consent before withdrawal. We stop subsequent processing based on that consent unless otherwise required by law.
Contact us from the email address used for your submission, describing the request or quoting your reference. To prevent access by others, we may need to verify your identity, but will not ask for information unrelated to your request.
Browser and external services
The website stores your language preference locally in the browser. You can clear this record in browser settings. The Dao Wei He page loads the Bilibili player only after you click play; the browser then connects to that external service, whose processing is governed by Bilibili’s policies. Other external links are also subject to their destination websites’ policies.
